If Evo World leave it will drive the share price through the floor as they will have to dust a truck load of shares unless they can sell back to one party at a negotiated SP .
Sounds like a desperate act from NEN in face of a challenge : I figure they thought their days were numbered and the only saving strategy was a merger with MEO
Not sure if the merger is good or bad : will need to do a little more research
