50 million shares traded at vwap 4.4 and then drops 10% from highs on 3 million shares. this was an outstanding announcement in an area where billions of dollars are spent. in a better market in say september this year the sp would be over 10 cents on that news. if you can be patient prr will make a run 10 to cents that i am certain.
