TDA - I may not know how people are voting but please explain to me why they put out the sup proxy. Why did they go into so much detail to try and convince people to vote yes? They did it for a reason. More people were voting no than yes up to the announs or it is near 50/50 and they are worried. And who can swing it for them - the mums and dads or the big boys.

And you have been missing in action for awhile but I have been contacted the last 4-5 yrs about my voting. Companies do this when the voting gets a bit hairy in my book.
