Sorry mate, there's so much in that post that doesn't make sense that I don't even know how to reply.
I will say a fundamental principle of equity valuation is that share prices are a function of their earnings. Earnings cannot be influenced/manipulated by brokers. I believe REA's earnings and dividends will continue to rise in the medium term regardless what the share price does. However, over time the share price will trend in line with REA's earnings and dividends.
