re: $1.40..im thinking of taking a punt! From a legal (Corps Act) perspective the other party doesnt have to respond within 3 days...but MCR's agreement with Ant. gives them 3 business days to respond to a competitive t/o offer, before the mgt will either recommend or decline the competing parties bid.
