Although after 2 years of operations, the Lamp is finally kinda looking like it'll hit a run-rate of 11,000 tonnes p.a. (still no guarantee however), Lynas can STILL not generate a profit at its current RE basket price of around US$17/kg.
The RE price will not rebound any time soon because:
1) RE demand is low due to smaller amounts of RE needed for end products, use of substitutes, and recycling, and
2) RE supply is abundant from China and non-Chinese suppliers.
My opinion is the share price will continue to fall as they burn through their current cash in bank.
