once more a top post, might want to add ERM are the biggest punters weighing down the cart, if there wanting to get off the board should say to ERM "there is the door" small C/R to pay back the 3.75mill to ERM and in the future we just conduct business with ERM as any different company we deal with daily, no more corperate deals with this J/V as it has been stated there not liking the risk factor. Let's go play with the big boys like origin energy,santos,etc.

i think empire is now just being delayed now and it costing the share holder money for us to sit here and wait while Empires J/V Thinks about what it wants to do.
