As Supertramp mentioned in an earlier note, the 20Mil options at 3.77cents had a conversion date of 26 October 2016. This can easily be confirmed by checking the 3B released on 24/9/10 which had 25M at 3.77c expiring on 26/10/2016, and then the 3B on 9/10/14 which showed the residual of 5M at 3.77c expiring on 26/10/2016. Massive vote of confidence by exercising options as if the trial was to fail the shares could easily fall to under 3.77c, meaning you are out of the money. I don't care who you are and how much money you have.....$750k is a lot to risk on a gamble. He had another 2 years to wait before potentially putting down the $750k, and that would be done with certainty of outcome. Makes me really wonder how much was known.....?? They say there is no such thing as a sure bet.....
