If CAZ hold the lease over the tenement then they are the incumbent & lets face it 'possession is 9/10th'. I haven't read all the announcements for both companies on this matter as I generally follow different stocks but if the lease has been granted by the department then CAZ have a strong position. However make no mistake they will not be doing anything with it until RIO has exhausted every legal avenue available to them (in the event of a CAZ ruling) & this will take several years.
I wouldn't be holding out for a CAZ divvy any time soon.
ps. please clarify if the lease is actually granted to CAZ, I don't have this info.
