I'm glad you think it's extraordinary. Q&A is loaded with green half-wits, GetUp peanuts, feral students, paranoid conspiracy theorists and of course Tony Jones. Why would anyone waste breath on that show?

I saw the PM on the news last night, answering questions from journos. I couldn't see any leash. And I thought he did well.

If Q&A could transform itself into a reasonably balanced forum, it might be worth appearing on but I suspect there's more chance of SHY saying something sensible. I'm sure our PM will appear on it at election time, just to stem the bleating from the ABC itself.
