Hey Fib, nice work. There are a few of these "shells" around but a lot of the transactions result in billions of shares on offer before a consolidation takes place. This one is not too bad a deal. I reckon anything at or under 2c would be a good entry point. Don't forget though that some of the recent back-door listings are trading at 2 - 3 times the future cap raise price.
