I have sent a long firm email to TNG this morning outlining a bit of frustration and loss of confidence in the company. I asked a few questions which i would like answered but a lot of the time the replies just dance around the matter and not answer the question.
Im hoping this time is different.
Still a believer but confidence is at an all time low
