yes I agree . but it will be a fresh constituency of traders ..and maybe investors and possibly a desperate gold mining company looking for an avenue to appease nervous shareholders ..that will push the price thru 2cents.
the present shareholders comprise the recently disaffected ...attracted to the somewhat hard to believe 404 % IRR on the first ( only??) makabingui project phase ..those who pushed the price thru aforementioned 2 cents and beyond and some of whom participated in the placement and the issue at aforementioned 2cents.
since 404% time ( june 2014) we all of us have witnessed the doldrums in the physical gold market and the depressing effect on all gold company share prices ...and so the BSR shareprice has gone south with the wash out also. Of course BSR directors have not helped ..with the placement of 55 million at aforementioned 2 cents to 'friends'...to pay bills and to recruit the expensive team of 11 ..many of the team of 11 being former employees/colleagues of BSR directors ..and this before a mining permit is in hand and before funding is locked up . Then they - the BSR directors- persisted with a silly 1 for 5 entitlement issue at the aforementioned 2 cents when conditions were turning against them ..and naturally the issue was a flop for 12 % only acceptance ...(( that was the true believers and there a few of them on this forum....optimists not realists )) . BSR directors refused to adopt my suggestion of the obvious instrument : a convertible note which could have brought a fresh constituency :: those desperates in search of a yield ..and lo they are now wondering how to pay the team of 11 with cash on hand below $100K and falling fast.
Regrettably BSR directors are so badly attached to the laziest form of capital : shares , that I expect a share purchase plan to be announced soon...again to the keep the team of 11 fed. The SPP price is a moot point .
As to when the mining permit and funding is announced ...well who knows . They - the BSR directors- have had fully 8 months to do something , provide some elaboration of their strategy...but we hear nothing .
That all said Cashed UP$$ I do believe there is an opportunity to take a quick 50% turn for a measly $1.0million investment ..just get out before the rush of stock exits at the aforementioned 2 cents.
