    That's just normal business procedure. You can't try to negotiate it when your just about to get the sack. Management have had a rough trot with Murchison etc but they are not controlling the price of gold and can't see into the furture anymore than we can. If gold had kept going up we would have been cheering them on. Just saying. Tommy
