I would guess 1st of the day, but a 1.5m share purchase (aprox: $400,000) shows someone wants in and was willing to buy at a premium from the average of the day.
Not sure about Mr 1 share. maybe believes that once the S/P surge comes (and it will) it will be from a lower base therefore able to buy in lower.
