At these prices I think I will be.
Have been loading up around the 1.79 mark in the SMSF.
Xmas is coming up so you have to figure that things will pick up and the market has oversold the shares.
Yields are decent at these prices.
Next div will be the higher one.
No right answer, just a matter of looking at if you think the company performance will improve.
A lot of capex going into the upgrades so hopefully it pays off in the medium term.
Low interest rates will be around for a while.
Not long ago MYR was in the mid $2 range, with any luck it'll get back up there.
Price tends to run up coming into ex div date.
