Agree to some exterent Pear - but you need to bear in mind Holmes a court was a corporate raider - twiggy built fortescue on an actual bottom up vision - after failing on Anaconda.

The background motivation makers Twiggy much more likely to believe the thematic and hold into the loong term.

But the real point is that what Twiggy does is largely irrelevant for most on-market investors - it wont change what the share price does over the medium term (thouygh there;d no doubt be considerable churn if he sold down for a month or so).

Personally I suspect he'll end up selling 20% to a supportive strategic - move to NED and keep 10% as a pure passive play and dividend stream - and go off to focus on new tools for world domination.

Would be a way to keep the board honest while freeing him to focus 99% on new passions.
