    Telstra don't need to, they will wait till all their competition spends big on ADSL2 infrastrucuture and then offer their retail and wholesale product at a lower cost than Iinet, Primus, Internode can, and they will be left with massive debts to pay off.

    BTW, Telstra is worth $22,000,000,000 not $50,000,000,000
