out of the three partners ITC seems to be benefiting the most out of the current drill program.

even though vpe are successful participants in other oil plays their sp seems to be going nowhere.
i think it has something to do having over a billion shares on issue, the positive news is diluted, it's not enough to move the sp.

ITC seem to have a competant mgnt team, and are a relatively new (5 years) to the oil game, with early success. They are benefiting from that early growth.

and judging by the amount of posts and reads on hotcopper ITC seem to have a bigger following than vpe and rpm.

these are only my thoughts, i hope they help out.
