There is just too many unknowns to draw any conclusions I think.
The Supreme Court action could very much complicate things for Quasar/Heathgate if contracts have already been signed I guess.
This move from Alliance must have been seen as a possibility by Quasar I think.
Anyone's guess what Quasar's tactics are here I guess.
Keep guessing I think.
