This prevailing narrative that AGS is completely powerless & should simply roll over & let Q/H do whatever they like whenever they like is, in my opinion, simply wrong.

There is an independent, legal framework everyone must abide by. Admittedly, the legal system can be slow & expensive, but, by & large, I think it is impartial for those that have the financial means to pursue their rights.

Failing that, there is the thorn in the foot option for AGS. Be noisy & persistent & use ASX disclosure requirements to our advantage.

B4M is a resource worth fighting for.

Also, let's not rule out Gandel Metals as a funding source. Not sure how deep the pockets are, but GM has provided unsecured loans to other companies associated with IG. It wouldn't surprise if that was to occur here although I think a bank drawdown facility is preferable.
