It's a very simple fix.
Take away their govenerment money handouts, destroy all housing in the communities where they live, take their vehicles of them, take away all their western belongings clothes included, and return them to their land, they own plenty of it, there should be heaps to go around.
Send them back to the bush they came from, no gov help, no money, no nothing return them to where they began.
