Perhaps at the time of the 2012 AGM, it was reasonable to speculate on what company was referred to in the first bullet of this following statement :

But now near the end of 2014, after everything that has transpired since the 2012 AGM, and specifically in light of the following statement in the April 30 announcement :

...to continue to raise Samsung in relation to that 2012 AGM first bullet is unreasonable. And, to actually ask this question at the 2014 AGM... well .... can you tell i'm rankled :|
