Ive been reading a few different analysts gold predictions
There is a consensus that 1000-1100 is a floor but there are extreme bearish and bullish views.
The price behaviour recently looks like nervous short position covering
The articles Ive read suggest there are many large and highly leveraged short positions that could drive the price higher if the longs want physical gold.

One compelling statistic is a number of articles state is that the paper market in gold is 100 times bigger than the physical. If this is the case and the longs want physical gold the outlook is bullish.

Burkina Faso seems to be close to establishing an interim civilian govt for 11-12 mths. A prominent bishop is top of the list to lead but he is reluctant to take power. There are others on the list.

The costs of production are 500-600 for SEMAFO so i assume OBS costs will be similar in the long run.

I predict SEMAFO will make a move in the next month as I see the long term outlook for gold as bullish and OBS costs should provide a large margin and economies of scale.
