From the DRP rules
"Oxiana may in its discretion either allot new shares or cause existing shares to be acquired on-market for transfer to participating shareholders".
I would think they will action the latter ie. acquire on-market as otherwise the outcome for all shareholders would be dilution by the issue and DRP participants would thus be disadvantaged.
