What's our Board worth

So I see we're back to 27c, and who knows where to from here. Well for me and I'm sure all holders, the only acceptable direction is North! When it bounced back to 30c thought Horizon was back on track especially after the second discovery well. But no, we're no down 29% on where the share price was in July '14 - and much more if the planned merger with ROC had materialised. So much for growing shareholder wealth. The performance of Horizon continues to disappoint - big time. The asset base and potential is growing - so what is it that he Board is missing to deliver for us? Perhaps it is time for the board to take requisite proportional cuts to salary and benefits. Or bring in one that can grow the company and grow shareholder wealth as has been promised over the years.
