Yes, I'm a 'non-holder' of UNS which as already well documented by Unilife and its supporters automatically categorizes me as being a 'shorter' even though I've never shorted a stock in my life - I can live with that. However, when a plaintiff who makes some pretty serious allegations against a defendant produces some form of wiretapping or electronic surveillance as evidence into a courtroom to substantiate any of those allegations, it would undoubtedly present a few concerning issues for the defense - concerns that perhaps may entice the defendants to make the pre-trial proceedings unnecessarily combative and prolonged...
