Nikki , I see it as an effort to reward smaller holders as well as larger ones , with some cheap shares , if a placement to a 'select few' was done at 2.5c most holders would have spewed!!

The potential is far too great to sell here , imo , (no withstanding the obvious risks) . I think the update reads well , especially the renewed co-operation between OPL and NEO.

Reading between the lines , it is quite likely that neither OPL nor NEO want to put out big or real numbers right now , which would possibly lead to a hostile take-over at a low point in each companies market cap.

Should get some positive news/reviews on the back of this.
