The replacement cycle for machines has been speculated on as turning down again. That's probably the information you are alluding to...and anyone can find that out with a bit of their own industry research.
If it was as simple as listening to a few experts on the tv and making money by taking their calls then every arm chair investor would be rich. Its clear that you've been burnt by this one...and that sucks...truly I feel sorry for you as I know the feeling of holding on to a crappy stock as it falls...but you need to take responsibility for the investment and stop blaming an expert for a dodgy call. Only then can you assess the situation and decide the correct course of action.
