I don't think they have a "position" loofah, just that the longer it takes the cooler the market will get & the less attention the decision will create when finally released, which would be their preferred political position.
Having said that & if the above is true then the implication would be clearly not in favour of CAZ.
As I hold a few CAZ I think it is pudent to consider all angles & this scenario is but one.
