The announcement states that this money will complete the BFS and the decision to mine. Don't get me wrong as I am not happy with another dilution either, but at least Todd won't be dumping it's shares anytime soon (so price shouldn't go below this) as they are in it to win it, so to speak and I don't think they would have stumped up more cash if it was not viable. I think if the resource announcement is good and we get rail approval there is still hope to claw some hard earned back. IMO
