substantial shareholder increases stake Acorn, a fund manager who invests in microcaps has recently increased its stake from about 30 mill shares to over 37 mill shares.They are no fools and I take this as a very important signal.Appears they did not panic on suspension of mining activities but rather an opportunity.When this is over I think we will see some further changes in management because in hindsight it hasn't been handled well or communicated to shareholders in a convincing manner.It is too important to the Philipines in the overall context of foreign investment let it linger on much longer.We must hear something this week.
