AS it turns out I will be attending the AGM - I had forgotten about the trading halt last year which as it turns out seemed very well timed so the heat could not be put on the Board and the announcement left some I know pretty pissed as they did not consider it worthy of a TH. As a year has passed since then and FAS are now not even able to satisfy their auditors I do hope they do not go into TH again as the Board really needs to be in a position to be totally upfront and frank about the companies position.
