vfrioni - that might be so mate, I just get a little concerned with delayed reports when the news is expected to be good.

Anyway - it is out now and I have had a quick look and my thinking is that it will be pretty much status quo - no dumping, but no real excitement to buy either.

The results come in pretty much in line with the estimates/expectations except for the $400K 'adjustment' that might surprise and add some downside?

On the plus side we have the audited numbers out - and new eyes will see the stock now. Also on the plus side are other incomes not yet factored in and the fact that they say they are confident in easily meeting their full year 2006 estimate - and that is a very good number that puts the stock at 20 cents plus - at least in my opinion.

On the negative side is that they still have not clarified the acquisition issue and what they will spen on such!! Being on page one suggests to me they are in negotiations on a deal(s) - but only guessing.

As for short term action - I don't see much of a move up or down as the plus's and minus's balance. If the acquisition stuff was clarified I would expect a decent move up - but it isn't.

Expecting a trading range of 11.5 to 15 cents in the short to medium term - but would be more than happy to be surprised on the upside.
