I have a very strong gut feeling as to what will happen next. To brag a little, my gut feeling is rarely wrong in this situation. My guts is telling me we will find out by Monday what they takover is. Excited speculation won't add [or subtract] anything to the situation so why not sit back and enjoy the next could of days till we hear the truth .

What we do know.
- we have established a number of relationships outside of Austalia
- we are cash flow positive
- we are IMO overdue from reaping revenue from overseas, especially Singtel
- we have cash in the bank
- we have a solid base understanding globally of the industry and iTS development
- IOOF can't be discounted ...yet
- the final thing we know is that the deal already IS DONE, we just do t know about it
