woy woy - don't worry about danlupi. I just gave an opinion on another stock after the half year came out last week on which I was very bullish on until that report that was full of hype and b.s. numbers - just meant I had to crunch my own - and it is ok - for now.
Anyway - back to TOX - the market is a funny beast - can't always determine the exact sentiment that will be applied to a stock. The outlook usually determines that imo - and for now TOX has created enough acquisition uncertainty in my opinion to trade on a pe of 12 to 16. If that uncertainty did not exist I would predict a pe nearer to 30.
Not my doing for now - that is the approach TOX has taken - announce possible acquisitions and have the market wonder about a cap raising to fund them and stifle their share price. Maybe they should have said nothing and let the share price run on great organic growth and still work on acquisitions and if capital were then required then it could possibly be raised at higher price levels later?
Just an opinion - and likely doesn't matter if eps positive acquisitions are made that they can afford.
