    And that is just the start of it.

    According to the article in the AFR this morning ASIC is investigating 10 other banks who were all members of the BBSW panel (Bank Bill Swap Rate).
    I don't think being that this was going on over about a 6 year period that this would just be rogue traders doing this. Surely the bank execs would have seen something untoward was going on, if they didn't they weren't looking real hard.
