Arion -Australian coal may be 'cleaner' than Indian coal, but the clean technology India is rolling out is from places like Germany and Japan, not Australia. The only Australian clean coal tech in India atm is Coldry. So what was Modi referring to? In any case, imo the real game is the potential for Coldry and Matmor to provide significant savings to Indian steel manufacturing, in addition to a tradable BCE.
