It would be a lot cheaper to take out an actual insurance policy than pay $400 a year per household to fund a whitewater elephant.
Or maybe a rainwater tank for every property? Would still be cheaper. Or (radical thinking here) a coupla dams.
Also, I have never assume who you, as an individual, would vote for. I don't know you or care to. I was referring to Victorians as a whole who seems to be turkeys voting for an early Christmas.
