    How much do you think households should pay for a piece of infrastructure that has literally delivered nothing? $200? $150?
    Vic dam levels are currently 79%

    Data only goes back to 1940 but it has fluctuated between 100% and 30%. The same rain which has filled the dams would have filled rainwater tanks. Drought and flooding rains. No need for desal.
