With MBE know how, they would value some products higher than others might value them ie. They know they can monetise those products.

Sometimes an asset sale is due to 2 parties valuing assets differently; or the asset may not be a core part of the business plan of party A; or the assett could be a non-core part of a takeover, etc, etc

There is going to be more consolidation in this sector as it grows. The telcos are generally massive with financial clout, and they would be on the look out for acquisitions. Other tech industry players are seeing the growth in this sector( eg. Carlyle Group) and want some of the action.

All IMHO but nice to have some action to discuss and debate
