It is better than nothing i guess. Just saying 4 million for twiggy is not a lot of cash. I think
he is just making a small gesture. Either way IO is oversold and demand in increasing, so it should start heading up soon. Twiggy won't make a difference, but at least he is putting some of his pocket change up.
