hi vintage, i might start by saying "with all due respect" with respect to your post to HS, but i digress, as it's obvious from your last few posts, the most recent in particular, that you retain data for many years on posts made by other posters who disagree/dispute your opinions, possibly (likely) in a database - for the sake of an open forum, who else have you kept a file on?

the reason i ask is that certain posters may be loathe to post given that all and sundry now know, if they haven't figured it out already, that you keep a record of events dating... for who knows for how long on other posters - the reason why you would do such a thing only opens a pandora's box as to your motivation for your actions - security / surety / defence - only you know.

can i ask, do you have a file on me?

also, i must say that your knowledge of specific and precise clauses within the NRC guidelines regarding procedural matters is extraordinary for someone who has proclaimed to simply be a "planner" from Sydney - excuse me if my memory fails, i'm a few beers and a couple of scotches into the night and my curiosity has gotten the better of me - i don't keep any hard/digital records, therefore i'm stuck with what i can recall so that could be, in all likeliness, my Achilles heal when querying you.

the most puzzling thing is, for all of your touted knowledge, you have been in/out of this stock for a long time, but have always provided commentary nonetheless.

if you "knew" that production wouldn't be until 2015, as you have long stated, why have you been involved with PEN for so long, i don't think you are a soothsayer, so surely your hard earned "planner" dollars could have been better expended elsewhere?
