    Developing products and getting them to market is what salaries are for, that's the job. Even if they have taken very little over the years. What they could be rewarded for, over and above, is the share price reaching a certain level. When the products are successful on the market and the share price goes up, that's when the rewards, and compensation for taking a lower salary comes in. There are so many on the ASX now getting fat pay packets and shares etc while the share price drifts. Holding long term in a company like this with your hard earned cash and the reward is the share price.Its like beng rewarded for jumping the hurdles but then possibly not finishing the race. Get the share price over 20 cents and sustain it for 6 months, then a payment, get it over 39 cents etc etc.
