Seems we must have been following the same stocks - I can empathize. It's the school of hard knocks. I am now very wary of bullish statements by boards - you have to look at their motives, read between the lines, talk to respected (and independent) investors. i find better Investment groups and forums like HC the best source of data (definitely not brokers, share spruikers, fund managers, financial advisers and CEO's). Also read the Annual report, quarterlies and announcements critically and think about the motive. DYOR and be careful.
