Is this stock a dead dog

IK with this stock tumbling like it never has before,if you have the slightest respect for shareholders you will make an announcement ,it doesn't matter what deferred talks your in if any,I dont believe that line no more,let us know whats going on your first duty is with your shareholders.And if you have any guts you would fall on your sword,you have done an absolutely terrible job as an MD,do your duty to shareholders and make an announcement.
