I understand all that and the politics but 92% scale back I did see coming and even the 15K investor got hammered. That's not really my bitch here which is...why they are holding everyone's scaled refund due us for so long. Institutions didn't pay of front like we did. Don't plan on seeing any money back to invest elsewhere for awhile.
