I for one am not blaming management for taking this position of giving away the badger oil project for a 10% stake . My reasoning - the CR was not well supported, and it defies logic that ALL they wanted to achieve could be managed with cash flow constraints . Something had to 'give" and am sure the decision made was after careful consideration . Am still kicking myself for getting into this stock and being seduced by HC but that is another story.
