thtas my point , i was the chinese buyer, i wouldn't want many to participate so i could buy all the short fall shares
in regard to the 33c , i think that is wrong , as a shareholder, if you are not intending to buy more shares, then selling some above 26c and applying for rights issue at 26c will put you in better position, this is why i think that ST the price will head to high 20s/very low 30s
