    Any reason the major holders are not selling even down to a cent if they thought there was no hope of funding from traditional sources, are they planning on rescuing CTO at the last moment or making a bid for it. Creditor's are owed around $9m and then you need working capital. So for a buck its your's or a cracker if you haven't a buck.
